Why we’re part of Design Guild Mark 2025
We’re back once again as sponsors of this year’s DGM. Here’s why it’s such an important part of our industry
Earlier in the year we announced the renewal of our involvement in Design Guild Mark 2025. Following the success of last year, we are once again sponsoring the ‘Interior Design Elements’ category in this year’s event, and in doing so we look forward to promoting and celebrating the best of British design. In the lead up to the announcement of this year’s awardees, we thought we’d look a little closer at what makes the DGM such an important part of our industry, and why we decided to be involved once again.
‘We are very proud to be a fourth generation British family business, and know how important it is to celebrate the best of British’, says Agua director Josh Ralton. ‘Sponsoring Design Guild Mark allows us to do this. It celebrates British design in our space and as such is a great achievement to anyone that is awarded it. We are delighted to be a part of it as an integral sponsor, and we look forward to seeing British design continue to grow and flourish.’
At Agua, we pride ourselves on giving back to the industry. Sponsoring DGM allows us to do this by helping champion British design in our industry on a commercial scale. ‘The Interior Element award is still in its infancy and we appreciate that it needs help in developing and becoming as big as the Furniture equivalent that has been around for much longer’, says Ralton. ‘We hope that our sponsorship and input can help this grow and spread the word that commercial interior products can also achieve a Design Guild Mark.’
We really enjoyed the success of the Awards and sponsoring it last year. We can’t wait to see what this year’s DGM brings, and we look forward to seeing all the entrants in the ‘Interior Design Elements’ category and beyond.
